Booking Questions
How do I confirm my booking?
After submitting the enquiry form, the Elova team will respond within one working day to confirm availability. A short intake document is sent ahead of the first session to help shape your initial movement screening.
Is there parking near the studio?
Paid street parking is available on Jalan Mesui and surrounding roads in the Bukit Bintang vicinity. The studio is also a short walk from Bukit Bintang MRT station, making public transport a practical option.
What should I bring to the first session?
Comfortable training attire and athletic footwear are recommended. The studio provides all equipment. Bring any relevant physical activity history notes if you have them — these assist the coach during the movement screening phase.
Can I reschedule a booked session?
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice by contacting the studio by phone or email. Late cancellations may affect session credit depending on the programme agreement in place.
